Where Amarillo's past meets its promising future

The Western Horseman Club is Amarillo's gathering place — a restaurant, neighborhood bar, cocktail lounge, and live-music stage all under one roof. This is Amarillo's story as much as ours, and you're part of it.

On any given night the Western Horseman is someone's dinner table, someone's favorite barstool, and a dance floor for whoever's ready to stay late. Travelers from the nearby American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum pull up alongside regulars who've had the same booth for years.

Rory's culinary vision

Founder and CEO Rory — a Food Network Star finalist, 2023 Texas Restaurant Association Rising Star Award winner, and Certified Angus Beef brand ambassador — built the Western Horseman as part of her Forking Good Hospitality portfolio. Her appearances on the Today show, Rachael Ray, and Dr. Oz have brought Texas Panhandle cooking to a national audience.
